ACODERM serves as the applied research, consultancy, and professional development arm within the Group, supporting both institutional capacity-building and grassroots community empowerment through its specialized programs.
Key Functions
• Design and delivery of capacity-building programs for TVET instructors, administrators, and entrepreneurs
• Promotion of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Organization Development (OD) as critical skillsets for sustainable business
• Facilitation of community development projects through skills based training and microenterprise support
• Engagement in policy advocacy, certification, and standardization of skills training in collaboration with national and international regulatory
Key Roles
- Thought leadership and change management at institutional and community levels.
- Develop academic and industry partnerships
- Coordinate delivery of AIOD Business School programs
- Facilitate national level program implementation
- Engage policymakers for OD/ERM mainstreaming
- Organize stakeholder events and alumni activities
