Rev. Moses Alison Tetteh is a distinguished leader whose professional journey spans over four decades of excellence across corporate, public, and faith-based sectors. A man of high moral and ethical integrity, Rev. Tetteh has built a reputation of trust, service, and transformative leadership, earning the respect of colleagues and communities alike.
Rev. Tetteh’s career began as a computer scientist, and over the years, he has enriched his portfolio with a multidimensional academic and professional background. His educational journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, an MBA in Leadership and Good Governance from GIMPA, and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from the Akrofi-Christaller Institute. Additionally, he holds post-graduate certificates in Organizational Development from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Sonoma State University, and certifications in project management including Prince2 and PMP.
Professionally, he has held senior leadership roles in four multinational blue-chip American companies: IBM, Texaco, Wang, and NCR. Notably, he served as the Managing Director and CEO of NCR Corporation for 12 years, overseeing and expanding operations across four West African countries. Under his visionary leadership, NCR evolved from a cash register company into a leader in ATM technology, establishing the NCR ATM as a premium brand in financial services in the region.
After a successful corporate career, Rev. Tetteh answered the call to ministry, driven by a passion to rescue perishing souls and serve humanity. His transition into the ministry did not mark a retreat from leadership, but rather a redirection of his gifts to consult in strategic governance, organizational development, corporate management, and community-focused development initiatives. He continues to serve as a guiding force to various boards, helping organizations remain purpose-driven and resilient.
Rev. Tetteh’s public service record is equally impressive. At the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ghana, he has served for over 11 years, contributing to national procurement strategies as a member of the Entity Tender Committee and as former Chairman of the Ministerial Tender Review Board. He is a key team member of the Accra Flooding Initiative under Project Managers Without Borders, providing sustainable project solutions to environmental challenges in Ghana.In the private sector, he chairs the boards of multiple organizations, including Seag Focus Ghana Limited, Lemet Group of Companies, and Computer Information Services. He is also a board member of Express Funds Transfer Limited and has contributed to the leadership of the Project Management Institute Ghana Chapter as Chairman of the Advisory Council and past Director of Career Development.

Prof. Albert Ahenkan is an Environment and Sustainable Development Expert. He is a Professor and the Head of Department (HOD) in the Dept. of Public Administration, University of Business School. He obtained his PhD from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), Belgium in 2011. His areas of expertise include Sustainable Development, Environmental Management, Climate Change, Public Administration, Public Policy, Grant Proposal Writing and Project Management. He teaches both undergraduate and graduate level courses including sustainable development, environmental management, financing climate change, climate change policies and legal frameworks. His professional experience spans across the NGOs and Academia.
Ahenkan has consulted for a number of organizations including Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology (MEST), Ministry of Finance Government of the Flemish community of Belgium, World Bank, GIZ, FAO, CIDA, EPA, and NEPAD Johannesburg etc.
He is the World Bank local consultant for the development of Ghana’s Multi-Sectoral investment framework for Climate and Disaster Risk Management. He was actively involvement in the development of Ghana NAMAs Investor Guide, Ghana’s GHG QC/QC Plan and guidance on uncertainty assessment. He also led the development of Climate Change Project Prioritisation Tool and Guideline, and National Designated Authority (NDA) Operational Manual for Green Climate Funds for Ministry of Finance. He has initiated and managed a good number of development projects on poverty reduction, climate change, food security, environmental management, forest resources creation, water and sanitation in Ghana. He has over the years participated and presented a number of papers in international conferences including international conference and regular participant of the European Development Days in Brussels, Belgium in between 2009-2011.

As one of the Founding Members of Group AIOD-ACT International Team, established in June 2009, and currently serving as its Group Chief Executive Officer, Lincoln has been instrumental in shaping the vision and operational strategy of this multidisciplinary platform. Under his leadership, the Group has evolved into a vibrant network of professionals, institutions, and change agents dedicated to confronting Africa’s most urgent developmental challenges through inclusive innovation, capacity-building, and systems transformation.
Lincoln’s core expertise spans organization development, NGO management, microfinance, and higher education quality assurance. A Certified Organization Development Consultant (ODCC), Registered OD Practitioner (RODP), and Certified Emotional Intelligence Consultant, he has facilitated high-impact OD interventions for over 18 years in diverse sectors, including finance, telecommunications, public institutions, and local governments. His work is grounded in participatory approaches and results-based frameworks that deliver measurable outcomes. His accomplishments include designing and executing numerous training-of-trainer and technical programs on OD, leadership, project and change management, emotional intelligence, and succession planning. As a skilled trainer and curriculum developer, Lincoln has played a pivotal role in building institutional capacity across Africa, particularly through his collaboration with Peregrine Global Services, where he contributed to the development of professional certification programs.
Lincoln’s work is marked by a strategic yet human-centered approach—integrating leadership development, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based planning to foster organizational resilience and excellence. His ability to form productive partnerships with government ministries, technical teams, and academic institutions has led to the successful co-creation of strategic plans, policy reforms, and technological advancements aimed at long-term institutional growth.

Adda has held multiple key positions at the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA), where he was instrumental in shaping engineering strategies, modernizing dry-dock infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability and safety of port operations. His tenure from 1994 to 2013 saw the successful rehabilitation of the Takoradi Port Slipway and Dry-Dock—an achievement inaugurated by the President of Ghana—and a legacy of enhanced maintenance operations that supported both local and regional marine logistics.
Ing. Adda’s academic credentials include a Master of Science in Marine Mechanical Engineering from Murmansk High Engineering Marine College in Russia, an MBA in Strategic and Consultancy Management from the Paris Graduate School of Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Development from the University of Cape Coast. She currently serves as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Marketing at the Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU), where she has played a key role in shaping academic programs and institutional strategy.
Prof. Amoako-Asiedu holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration and Policy Management, a Master of Philosophy in Public Administration, and a Master of Public Administration, all from the University of Ghana. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies and a Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast. Her academic portfolio also includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment from GIMPA; a Postgraduate Diploma in Organization Development from the University of Cape Coast; and international certifications in Managing Change and Organizational Transitions from the Maastricht School of Management and Disaster Management from the United States Telecommunications Institute. She recently completed a Professional Master’s in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
Her professional experience spans over two decades, beginning with 15 years at Ghana Telecommunications and Vodafone Ghana, where she served in various roles in Human Resource Management. Her passion for education led her into academia, where she served as Senior Lecturer and Head of Department for Human Resources and Marketing at Wisconsin International University College, Ghana, winning the Best Teacher Award in 2014. In 2020, she was appointed Head of the Department of General Studies at the newly established University of Environment and Sustainable Development. There, she successfully developed cross-cutting foundational courses and facilitated the donation of computers to establish a computer lab for student use.At GCTU, Prof. Amoako-Asiedu continues to make significant contributions. She currently heads the Department of Marketing and has led curriculum development initiatives that resulted in five innovative digital marketing programs spanning undergraduate to PhD levels. She also serves on several academic boards and committees, guiding policy and academic excellence.

Currently, Latoya serves as a Career Specialist at CareerFoundry, a Tech Bootcamp in Berlin, Germany, where she mentors aspiring professionals in the tech industry. In this role, she provides personalized career guidance, conducts mock interviews, reviews job application materials, and helps students develop tailored career change strategies. Her focus is on ensuring that learners are well-prepared to achieve their career goals. Latoya is also the Founder of Wilson’s Career Pathway Consultancy (WCPC), where she designs project-based career pathway programs that align with industry innovations. She is the Chief Executive Officer of AS CHANAN, a consultancy and training firm specializing in trade promotion and export marketing, and the proud owner of ASCOLATE, a natural cocoa powder brand.
Mrs. Adjei-Sam’s extensive career includes serving as the Director of Market Development and Market Promotion at the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), where she led various departments, including Trade Information, Administration, GEPA Impact Hub, and Market Development. Her leadership at GEPA was marked by pioneering initiatives that enabled Ghanaian businesses to access and consolidate markets internationally. Her in-depth knowledge of multinational trade systems and her vast network of trade relationships have positioned her as a key figure in trade facilitation.
A passionate advocate for women's empowerment and SME development, Mrs. Adjei-Sam has facilitated numerous trade policies and strategies, supporting enterprises to become competitive in export trade. She served as the National Focal Point Person for the International Trade Centre’s (ITC) ACCESS! For African Women in International Trade program and played a pivotal role in the implementation of the SheTrades Programs in Ghana.

Mrs. Osei Agyapong has served in various esteemed institutions, including Banhart Specialist Hospital, UN Migration Agency-IOM, Supreme Healthcare Management Service, and several educational institutions such as the College of Health in Yamfo, Catholic University College of Ghana, and Valley View University. In these roles, she has provided psychotherapy to diverse populations, facilitated mental health and psychosocial support training, and mentored both students and clients in overcoming psychological and social challenges. Her experience spans individual, family, group, and crisis interventions, making her a versatile mental health professional.
Notably, she has also been involved in impactful community projects, including providing psychosocial support to victims of the Akosombo Dam spillage under the IOM Ghana project. Ernest Addo-Atakora is an experienced Finance and Administration Professional with over 17 years of experience in diverse business environments. A Certified Financial Manager, Ernest has spent over 17 years across industries including Banking, Finance, Non-Governmental Organizations and Real Estate. Ernest is also an excellent Leader with experience in leading and motivating teams, including financial professionals, the ability to identify and solve financial problems, and develop creative solutions. He also possesses the ability to adapt to changing financial regulations, market conditions, and organizational needs.
With a vast experience spanning almost two decades, Ernest Addo-Atakora is driven by a passion to make an impact in the society through the personal and business experience gathered over the years. The experiences gathered in Business and in the human interactions has informed his passion in developing alternate solution to problem solving for individuals and businesses that he comes across.
Ernest pursued his education in Finance and Banking at the University of Ghana, where he obtained his first degree in the field and his Second Degree in Finance from Wisconsin University College. He is also a certified financial manager.

Archurst is an ambitious and aspiring tech entrepreneur passionate about turning dreams into reality. He is a natural connector and relentless visionary who thrives on building solutions with whatever resources are available. With almost a decade of experience in the IT and digital media spaces, his skills range from web development to digital media marketing and management.
Archurst has worked as a freelancer on over 100 projects, both locally and internationally, and has been part of a number of tech innovations and accelerator programs as well as a couple of tech startups. He is an alumnus and beneficiary of the 2019 Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Entrepreneurship Programme.
He is the Founder and CEO of Cosbyte Technologies Limited, a tech startup focused on creating meaningful and result-oreinted solutions to Africa's problems.
At AIOD-ACT International Group, Archurst handles the "tech" and online-facing aspects of the organization, to ensure the mission and vision of the organization is achieved.

Miss Hafsah Mustapha is a proactive and versatile Marketing graduate with a strong foundation in administration, communication, and customer service. Over the years, she has cultivated a rich blend of skills and experience across the banking, education, healthcare, and business sectors. Currently, she serves as the Administrative Manager at AIOD Business School in Ghana, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, enhancing internal communication, and supporting the institution’s strategic planning efforts.
Hafsah holds a Higher National Diploma in Marketing from Takoradi Technical University. Her academic background, coupled with a results-driven mindset, enables her to take a practical and effective approach to administration, logistics, and team coordination. Her previous roles at Cal Bank PLC and the National Health Insurance Authority helped sharpen her expertise in client relationship management, compliance, and data management.
As a member of the Group AIOD–ACT International Team, Hafsah contributes significantly to operational efficiency and organizational growth. She is known for her keen attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Her commitment to continuous improvement and excellence makes her a vital part of the team’s international mission to deliver high-quality education and professional development.
